Anxiety Panic Attack
An anxiety panic attack is something that is very well known and it can be extremely frightening to the individual who is experiencing these types of attacks.
There are literally thousands of individuals all around the world who suffer on a daily basis from the symptoms that are associated with having a panic attack that is brought on by stressful situations and they generally occur because of some type of experience that has caused an intense level of anxiety. This particular type of panic attack however is not one that is only limited to some type of catastrophic occasion or event.
When a person goes through a traumatic situation your body releases a particular type of chemical that can cause us to act in an extreme manner to a particular situation. Likewise, when a person experiences a panic attack that has been brought on by high levels of anxiety, this same chemical has been released into the body that is generally brought on by some type of triggered event. For others they may experience extreme levels of anxiety over an random event that has occurred in their life, or it could even be caused from strong emotional feelings that are felt for a special someone in their life that they love. An anxiety panic attack can be triggered and occur at any time and without warning in any type of situation that may cause stress and anxiety.
A person suffering from these frightening attacks can experience a variety of different bothersome symptoms such as an increased heart rate, headaches, feelings of fear, upset stomach, feelings of fear or overwhelming dread, the feeling of hopelessness, dizziness, excessive sweating, emotional fluctuations, and tingling.
In whatever situations you find that may increase the occurrence of an anxiety panic attack, simply taking the steps to stay away from these particular situations and learning to control your breathing is two things that can be extremely helpful when you are experiencing an attack. There is also a wide variety of many different types of prescription medications that your family physician can prescribe that are very effective in controlling the intensity of the attacks and in some cases eliminating them altogether.
